We offer quick and simple returns so if you aren’t 100% happy with your online order, we are more than happy to offer an exchange or online store credit and you can return your purchase up to 45 days from the day you purchased it.
Please note that:
change of mind or sizing returns only qualify for exchange or store credit
the customer is responsible for any postage fees for returns
exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value
exchanges are only available to Australian customers

Where do I return my items?
To return your product, you should mail your item(s) and returns form to:

*Please note that Sunset Lane does not take responsibility for items not received or loss or damage relating to deliveries. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If an item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing defect, Sunset Lane will exchange or refund the faulty garment.
Once your faulty garment has been received and inspected, and deemed a faulty product due to manufactory defect, then your refund will be processed through your original method of payment. Delivery costs will also be covered (within reason), if the item is deemed to be faulty. For refund of delivery costs, please ensure that you provide a receipt
You will receive a confirmation email from us to let you know that your refund has been issued. Once notified of the refund, please allow 1 - 3 working days for your refund to appear in your account. If you have posted your return but haven’t heard back, please feel free to contact us and we can look into this for you.
Wrong Item Sent?
In the rare case that an item is incorrectly sent, we will resend you the correct item, once the original has been returned and received by us. Delivery costs will also be covered (within reason). For refund of delivery costs, please ensure that you provide a receipt. Please contact us and we can look into this for you.
